ACB-FGC is currently accepting family self-referrals as well as referrals from community organizations.
Eligibility:
Families that identify as African, Caribbean, and/or Black who are at risk of involvement or currently involved with child welfare services.
What we can support families with:
- Serious health or mental health issues such as developmental disability, significant struggles with substance abuse, etc.
- Domestic violence and parent-teen conflict
- Settlement issues and isolation
- Custody/co-parenting issues, etc.
